What a great group of men that helped us unpack

They showed up 30 minutes late. I asked them to come at 9- they then said they had another job after ours so they wanted to show up at 8. Then they showed up at 8:30. At 9:45- we were still moving boxes into the house but they asked me if they could finish up and "save us some money" by taking off early. So I thought sure, if I am not paying for it. I didn't know I would still be charged for the 2 hours regardless of when they came or left- so I felt duped.

Carrie and Kenny were both prompt and kind people to work with and the crew they had was equally as kind. They worked as a well oiled machine. I did my best to get all the “stuff” out of the house and into the garage (except one piece) and all of them thanked me for doing such. When they took their lunch or stopped for a quick break Kennie informed me and made sure to tell me that “ the clock” is not running … GREAT CREW

**Good and BAD** However the bad only came from Hire a Helper, not the actual movers Moving Made Smooth. The guys from Moving Made smooth were amazing. They were friendly, communication was great and they worked at a good pace. I would recommend them any day, however I would cut out the middle man next time. Hire a Helper was not clear that if you undersell your hours you still have to pay out the total. I oversold in case we needed the extra time, as it said you can add another hour if needed. But.... now that its done and I had an hour to spare, they will not remove that hour of time. Makes no sense that they can add a hour if needed, but they cant take an hour out... that is just not right. So I can pay more at the end but not less... shady, and they were okay with that as I called and complained, he said that was fine and they understood.

We will contact you and go over all details of your move. Then a few days before your actual move we will contact you again to confirm all details. Our office staff is always available for you to contact with any questions or changes you may need.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our professional team will arrive on time and in uniform. We will have all the equipment needed including shrink wrap, dollies, floor protection, door and door jam protection, moving blankets, shoulder straps and hand tools. The team will arrive with a smile on there face and the know how to accomplish any situation in a timely manner.

Anything that the customer does to prepare for the move will save them time and money.

Moving is a very stressful time for our customers. It is our pleasure to see the customer take a deep breath and relax knowing that our teams know what there doing. Our main priority is making sure your belongings arrive safely!
