The movers were an hour late, broke a couch (discovered after they left), an IKEA shelving unit, a picture frame & an antique light fixture in our new residence.
They rushed through things, which I think contributed to the breakage, but company owner contacted me quickly about the breakage & we worked out a compromise on pricing to offset the damages, except the couch, which I didn’t discover until long after they had left.
I commend the owner for quickly sorting out the breakage, but if the team wasn’t being careless, there would not have been an issue. They rushed things and were careless.
These guys were not the worst movers of all time, but based on my experience I would not use them again. I’ve paid $1400 for far better service.

Great moving company!! I would recommend contacting Keep it Moving Company directly as I didn’t know HireAHelper was a broker who matches you up with a moving company. NOT a fan of HireAHelper as they made it difficult to release my payment already paid to them. Keep it Moving and Labor LLC was great!!! The owner of the company Keith even contacted me directly as they had to come out twice due to the POD not being able to be opened. Would highly recommend them again!!
