These guys were awesome. On time, called ahead and worked hard. Unwrapped everything set up bed frames and other furniture. No damage at all and they were nice guys.Would use them again and would recommend them for sure.

The two workers (*****) that arrived were great. They worked extremely hard and managed to fit a lot of stuff into a 16' container.
The management side (**) is a different story. They had a tough time meeting the arrival time set (9 am) and every time I called, they gave me a different arrival time. When the workers arrived at 2:15 pm, they said that they had just been called.

I used this website hoping that I would get some professional moving labor help but disappointed badly. The guys were clumsy and unprepared. They did not have the equipment to carry the furniture and appliances (no dolly, really?) so, I had to rush to home depot to rent a dolly. They were not professional movers either as they left many scratch marks around the doors and walls and damaged vinyl stair noses.

The window for arrival was 7-8am to keep in time with the unload scheduled for later with another company. I got a text saying they could do 8am which I guess would have been fine…had they showed up on time. They were 20 minutes late. The guys were nice, but they loaded the truck pretty funky, which the unloaders agreed later.
I told them to load all of the clothes from my closet (they were wrapped in trash bags). Due to them being late, I had to leave soon after them to make the next appointment for unloading. To my surprise, when I came back to clean, over half the clothes were still in the open closet. This took up my entire backseat and made moving the small things so much more difficult to the point a friend had to help me

We charge an extra 15% for same day requests.
Next Day Moves
We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
Extra Hours
We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.
