What can a customer expect after booking with you?
all bookings receive a call back within 24 hours, with the target goal being 2 to 4 hours. This call will go over details of the move and also allow for us to gain a better idea of what your moving needs are.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On the day of your move, you will receive a call that morning confirming time, address, and any other special instructions the crew may need. Your movers, any supplies that have been agreed-upon, and and estimated time of arrival will also be confirmed the date of the move.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
The day of the move is often times a very hectic one! Small children, pets, and anyone requiring special care should have safe confines on site, or be safely cared for offsite. Aware that a move is a very complicated, chaotic, and so much stress with it, clear passage ways to entrances and exits and or stairwells would also be greatly appreciated. Obviously, pack, pack, pack! In the event we are roviding that service for you, please have all of the supplies accessible and organized as well.
What types of moves have you handled?
TopBox Movers has experience with long call long distance moves, piano moving (both grand and upright pianos), local moves, and commercial/retail moves.

We charge an extra 20% for same day requests.
Next Day Moves
We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
Extra Hours
We can always stay at least 2 hours over the prebooked time.
