We unpacked a 16' trailer in less than two hours. They even helped move my piano no extra charge. Very nice to work with, nothing broken or scratched.

Highly unprofessional. Furniture arrived extremely damaged due to lack of proper protection and loading. I bought 3 dozen blankets and rope and advised him to secure and protect for our long drive to CA, but this wasn't done and blankets were left unused. Even steel furniture had severe gouges and grooves. My steel toolbox was left uncovered and repeatedly slammed into the wall of the truck behind our heads every time we stopped for 6 days of travel! Our patio furniture was unprotected and fell everywhere. The entire load shifted and crashed in the first hour but John left no access to tie down and cover what should have been done right by him in the first place.
Gross waste of space in the truck, which is a waste of money. I had to get in and push things around to try to maximize wasted space.
John is very overweight and had a hard time moving. He sweated profusely and left big body marks on our walls and glass and I had to hire someone to clean these off after he was done.

Just John came on time and was friendly but he did not meet expectations. He was worn out quickly and was unable to move everything. Most of the items remained in the garage. His worker Luis had energy still but since John was tired they were unable to move as fast as 2 people could. There were many scratches and dings on the walls as they moved large items. This was also disappointing. I probably would not use this mover again.

Just John is great! I have been using him for the past 4 years and I have no complaints. He is always right on time and is very fast and careful with your move. I highly recommend him !

i had booked with a different helper but they, through no fault of their own, could not come. Hire a helper contacted me and said they would find a replacement. J.J. came in at the last minute and were prepared. They were quick, industrious, and professional. They were moving some very sentimental items and treated them with care. I would use them again. Also I would book through hire a helper anytime. they were very responsive.

I needed help moving a few large furniture items from my 3rd floor walk-up in a DC to a storage unit. He called me to tell me he had hit road construction and was running slightly late, which I appreciated. He and his helper were awesome. I had used John twice in the past...he is my go-to guy. I would recommend him all day. He is kind and careful, and sweet to chat with. I will use him when I need future moving labor help!!

John and his helper were great. They were on time, at the hour of my choice, they were ready to work, and were very polite.
I looked at what I had to move and had to wonder if 2-hours would be near enough, but the got in the door, and just very politely began hefting things around. There were a couple items too big to get through a doorway, but we discussed various options, and solved each problem. They completed the entire job, and even moved some extra items, in less than 90-minutes.
I will DEFINITELY hire them again at the time of my next move!
