What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We will always touch base with you to confirm and make sure you have no concerns on the big day.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We will be punctual first off and all our guys are clean cut in uniform ready to work. Teamwork is a must between movers but just as important is working with you to make sure everything is placed correctly. We love what we do and are as transparent as possible.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
We plan on doing all the tuff stuff but having rooms labeled or color coded helps with time and can save you money. Try to make a plan for pets or your precious little ones to give the movers a clear path. also having a adult there familiar with the furniture placement is a great help.
What types of moves have you handled?
I have experience with all aspects of the moving industry but most of the time we handle inbound or outbound state moves. We are able to handle office and local no problem.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The chance to meet new people everyday is awesome. All of our movers love the physical challenges it presents and all of problem solving that comes with moving. You have to be strong and quick on your toes and contraire to popular belief, you have to be smart.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We never just throw a poor guy to the wolves. We start new movers with a pro and have them work side by side until he can no doubt show his trainer he's soaked up the knowledge and physically ready. We do also have some training videos but nothing is better than hands on.
