It was our first experience hiring any movers at all. We did'nt have alot of money and we were very skeptical on hiring from online movers. Well after our experience all we got to say is AWESOME... They was Great!!! Fast, Hardworking, Reliable and very Friendly. And most inportant they cared about our stuff.We had a 60in brand new Plasma Tv that we did'nt have the box for it. And the moved it very Gentily and not a scratch. We would most definetly HIRE THEM AGAIN. Cheap also! So anyone seriously wanting their money's worth go with Pro Movers...You want regret that decision!

When hiring this company, one of the important pieces was truck size. They advertise a 22 ft truck and I knew that would be just about the right size for our move. To my surprise, they showed up on moving day with a 15 ft Budget Rent-A-Truck. Needless to say, our process quickly morphed into two separate trips to the new house and I was charged for the time overage. I would have rather rented my own U-Haul and hired movers for labor only.

Plus, one of the helpers was a "first-time" mover so things inevitably moved slower than expected. I was disappointed in the moving process and overage charges, but the helpers were both courteous and professional by constantly referring to me as "sir."

Mover's response:

You got to start training new employees when your company begins to grow. One professional mover and a helper is more than sufficient for an apartment move. You also said you had a two bedroom apartment and a 16 ft budget truck is more than sufficient. Better communication would help next time and sorry for any inconvenience.
