Didn't load properly causing me to make a second trip from Chester to Roanoke costing hundreds of dollars. Multiple broken items including an antique canister set that belonged to my mom and cannot be replaced. I expect compensation!!!

They were several hours later than requested, but they did call me to explain the situation. Other than that, the crew was extremely hard-working and professional. They took apart and put together again my large reclining sectional and dealt with a problem L-shaped desk that I have. They worked very quickly, and completed both the loading and unloading in about an hour and a half, often smiling and laughing despite the heat and humidity. I would use them again.

The two gentlemen and their supervisor arrived early for the job. They went straight to work and got the entire move knocked out in an hour and a half. My wife and I were amazed. Extremely professional. Extremely polite. And extremely caring with our furniture. I couldn’t say enough good things about these gentlemen. Worth every cent.

The Ace moving team was wonderful. I've never seen a team move so quickly, all the while taking great care of my belongings. They were all friendly and respectful, and even told me if I had anything I was still packing to just put it in the living room and they'd put it in the truck. I was really impressed with how all three worked so well together. They also disassembled a pretty heavy loft bed, with no problems at all. I drove the 26ft Penske moving truck from Virginia to Georgia, with no damaged items. Pretty impressive. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a moving company.

Not only were they ontime, they actually arrived early. All three men were respectful, hard-working and efficient. We moved 1500 miles across country and not one thing in the truck budged. It was packed perfectly! I would highly recommend ACE for all your moving needs. They were fantastic.
