They did a great job!!! They finished unpacking everything quickly less than 2 hours and it was only 2 people that unloaded my pod. They also hooked up my washer and dryer and place tvs and furniture in the right place of where I wanted it. I loved the service great job. They also did not break anything!

They were absolutely Amazing! I relocated from Ohio to North Carolina. They began communication 3 days prior!!! They were extremely flexible & even showed up early. Initial communication with VIP was seamless. They confirmed times and addresses the day before. The day of our move they did not show during their arrival time window. They did not return my phone call three times and never attempted to let us know they’d be running late. Only after contact Hire A Helper for assistance did they reach out with one text message indicating they were in traffic and would be here within an hour. After not showing yet again, Hire A Helper called to let us know they were in traffic due to a car accident and would not be able to complete the job. We ended up moving our entire apartment ourselves. If they adequately communicated with us, we could have made other arrangements.
