This was my second time hiring Innovative Home Moving. As before, the movers were exceptionally professional and fast. They called ahead of time to let me know their arrival time and exceeded my expectations. They packed my truck very orderly and precisely as I asked within an hour!! All of this after traveling a distance to my location and again moving my belongings in frigid weather. Thank you again, for such great service. I have been duped by a couple of moving companies recently so it was wonderful having reliable assistance with this move.

To begin with I was so stressed out and so overwhelmed I didn't think that I was going to even make it through my move. When the moving crew arrived I explain to them how I was feeling and they immediately took control of the situation and from that point on the move was extremely easy the stress went away and I was no longer overwhelmed. The move was completed within the three hours that I had booked and there were no broken items everything was intact nothing was broken, smash or dented. The 2 gentleman that I had did a good job with helping me move my things n2 my place & loading a few things n2 my storage as well ... They worked fast but only thing is there was a lil mix up with what I needed to go inside my apt vs what needed to go to storage !!! I have house stuff in storage & storage stuff in the house but other than that they did a good job with getting the task done !!!

They showed up right on time, and got right to work. They're a new company, but they were experienced and moved our pull out sofa (that we had trouble with) with no problem! Super friendly and nice guys. No damage at all, very respectful of our stuff. Definitely would go with this company again.

I hired this company the day before my move- after being scammed by another company. Despite the last minute booking, the movers showed up on time (actually about 10 minutes early!) and were very professional. They worked diligently, were very polite and careful, and finished much faster than anticipated. I would absolutely recommend this company.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We always provide a contract up front and an invoice at the end. We confirm details before your move and call you in the morning when we are on the way.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We call when we are on the way so you have advance notice of our arrival. We go over our contract and then get right to work.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
A customer can be prepared by having a good idea of where your items will go when we arrive at the new home.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have handled all kinds of moves from large three truck and six man moves all the way to single item moves. We have moved all types of pianos, hot tubs, safes, pool tables, appliances, adjustable beds/couches, delicate and heavy grandfather clocks, etc. We typically help with local moves but have helped customers move across the state.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our crew members receive policy training before they ever touch an item. Once they understand our policies and procedures then they will train with a veteran crew in order to observe them in action and gain experience moving. These movers in training will help customers move items based on experience at no additional cost, however the veterans are always responsible for moving delicate, heavy, or sentimental items while trainees gain experience in the proper way to do so.

Same Day Moves
We charge an extra 5% for same day requests.
Next Day Moves
We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
Extra Hours
We can always stay at least 2 hours over the prebooked time.
