He was very unprofessional, disrespectful and grossly lacks integrity. He was not prepared for the job. He is not a hard worker and was not repeat full of my property and goods. He showed up without a car smelling of alcohol, with a kid and someone off the street waiting for a bus. He not only does not intelligently know how to unload items, he just placed items anywhere. He was only concerned about getting paid- not doing a good job or providing good service. He took out his phone and just plugged it in at my residence- without even asking. He yelled at me, used derogatory language and threatened me. He refused to leave my vehicle unless I sent payment. BEWARE. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY under ANY circumstances. This was the Worst experience ever. I would never use them again and do plan to file a formal complaint against this business with the state attorney general.

Wanted to say Terrell and Joey did a good job...They came on short notice and were extremely helpful in moving my condo. Due to traffic they ran a couple of minutes late, but jumped right in. They were very courteous and respectful; and I would use them again.

Terrell responded nearly the moment I finalized things with Hire a Helper. We set things up, but was able to be flexible as our needs changed. He was right on time, started working right away, and was extremely polite. He and his assistant worked hard during the move and were constantly concerned about being thorough and tidy. I recommend them to anyone needing help, and would use them again without hesitation.
