They showed up 1 hr and 15 minutes late. They were given instructions on how to load the truck. Which was everything on left side of garage including the couches need to be loaded last. All the rest of the furniture and boxes on right side of garage can go in truck first. They did a poor job loading the truck and mixed up the stuff that needed to go in last. They loaded the couches on top of boxes which damaged boxes and items inside. They loaded heavy boxes on top of boxes maked fragile. They are rough with furniture and didnt use pads to protect furniture while on the dolly. Damaged walls getting furniture out of house. Their organizational skills to load the truck were so poor that i ended up having to go rent an additional trailer because we didnt have time to unload and reload. Workers were told to continuously take breaks (on my dime). End result was after three guys and three hours they did not get the job done and we asked them to leave. Then they asked for additional money (on top of what they were paid) in cash for gas so they can get to their next job location. After they left i had to go down to a rental place and hurry to get a trailer and with in that time frame I receiverd 2 text message and 2 phone calls to call telling me to release payment to them. I was not exactly in a rush to pay them especially when i was in a rush to finish their job and pay out more money because of their incompetence. Dont hire these guys. At $197 for 3 guys/3 hours it was money wasted for a job not completed and items broken. I wish i can submit pictures on this site. The pictures I have will definately make you not hire them. Spend the extra money and go professional.
