We requested a date of 3/30/13. Michael called us and asked if we could do 3/31 instead. He said, "Yes".
We asked, "Are you sure? It is Easter Sunday." He said, "Yes".
Michael was a no call no show. 3 calls to him were not answered and emails were not returned.
Michael called at 10:30 pm that night saying he was completely booked today. He had his schedule confused and didn't put us down for Sunday he had us down for Saturday. He didn't show up Saturday so that explanation made no sense.
If Michael would have just passed on the job in the first place we could have hired somebody that could have showed up.

Both Cisco and Michael were very courteous and conscienscous about the move. The were very careful around doorways and light fixtures. We would definitely hire them again and ask specifically for them.

We closed on our mobile on Tuesday mid day. Next we had to arrange to have our pod to be delivered from Tampa to Ellington. Rat Pack said that would be sometime on Thursday afternoon, and finally we had to arrange for labor. That was 'The Best in Business'. We set up around 4 PM to be sure the pod was delivered. Michael said the had a another moving job in the morning. Michael called around 3:20 PM to say they we finishing up the other job and would be about 5 PM before they arrived. We said that was fine.
We they arrived at 5 PM, I found they have already done 2 moves that day. I thought to my self great. They would have no energy left and would drag my move out. Boy was I wrong. They jumped right into off loading our pod. The completed off loading in record time and asked if there was anything else they could do for us! I was impressed.
I guess there is something to say about youth. My wife and I would definately recomend the young men.
