This company confirmed with me on 7/5/18 since I booked weeks ago. Saturday 7/7/18 comes, no call/no show. This business turns out to be ran by a shady business man who operates the operations off of his personal cell phone. Im sure they LL come up with an "excuse" for not even calling us. At first, his phone rang and went to voicemail and then after calling five times in a row, he shut the phone off. Pay the extra money and hire a legit company.

Service was excellent; owner was knowledgable about properly configuring the truck. Both were courteous. My only gripe was that one of the smaller rooms, which I was charging my phone had a Samsung phone charger on the floor, which managed to vanish a few mi utes later, since they started to load things from that particular room...I did verify it was not in a random box; beyond the scope of just loading onto truck. Overall work performed was great fitting and utilizing every nook and cranny; however the theft was not appreciated :( since I actually needed the charger for my drive.

The guys were on time and ready to work ! They practically ran everything off my moving truck faster than I could believe. Boxes were placed in the correct rooms per the labels and they placed the bigger furniture as requested. The communication was excellent, I made a same day reservation for a Saturday night. No suprises, just great service at the agreed upon price. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again for my next move.
