David, the lead person did a remarkable job of properly packing the truck. Michelle was also exceptional in her abilities to support David. They worked well together as team. All were on time, respectful of our property, and were courteous. I would definitely use David and Michelle again and would request them if they were available. When the truck arrived after two days of travel from Saint Louis to Evans, GA, the unloading crew from Penski remarked how well the truck had been packed which not only protected our property, but it also saved us time and money, and it lessened the risk of damage during the unloading process. As of this time, we are unaware of anything that was damaged in the move due to David's knowledge of how to load a truck properly. We thank E&J for making our experience a happy one. We also thank Eric, the E&J manager, for helping us with short notice. I would recommend E&J to anyone needed moving services. Bob Powers

Eric and Jake were perfect. Went above and beyond for me and did an excellent job. On time, professional, worked very hard cheerfully. So helpful...advised me on all sorts of questions. I hired them to load a POD they knew exactly what they were doing and it was so expertly packed that I’m confident nothing shifted. Will be calling them to unload said POD when the time comes!

They were somewhat overbooked (website was out of sync with their schedule), but they tried to accommodate me anyway. Ended up pulling off my move in half the time. They were really hustling on the load/unload end of things. It didn't feel rushed though, it seemed like enthusiasm (mixed in with a desire to avoid getting stuck between automatic doors/make it to elevators before door closing/etc). Point is, for a same-day move request, they got it done fast and efficiently. They were respectful and prepared for everything. I was also prepared though. With the exception of a couple pieces of furniture, everything was already packed and boxed. I'll probably use their services for my next move.

I felt that the owner was rude. On top of that during unloading, we discovered my coffee table leg was broken. Probably, because he placed a large lounger on top of the table, to include other items. Then tried to lie and say the picture of the table was taken inside my house. Since when I live in a truck. Take responsibility and own it. No respect for liar. Never using them again.
I would like to say first, that I have NEVER lied to any customer I have ever had. Upon arrival, to your residents, I addressed the issues I seen that we may have loading your items into the truck, due to not being properly prepared. I gave suggestions to make it a safer load and your words were "I should just call the owner and get different movers". I told you I was the owner and that I only suggest what's best for the customer and there belongings. I apologize if there was any damage to anything and hope we can resolve any issues

They were running behind and didn't stay in good communication to let me know. However, I still give 5 stars because once the guys showed up they were phenomenal. They packed the truck incredibly well, worked efficiently, were professional and respectful. They didn't leave empty space, they gave a good analysis of the house. I would definitely recommend these guys and only suggested to them they stay in better communication regarding timing. My stuff was loaded very respectfully and I would definitely use them again!

I plan to hire this company again whenever we end up moving again. They showed up early and were very professional. They worked their butts off in 100 plus degree weather. We were in an excessive heat warning and they unloaded everything in our 2 trailers faster than I could have imagined. They saved this Colorado girl from dying in the heat!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Our customers will get a call from one of our staff to confirm there details of their move and to introduce ourselves as the moving company that will be doing the move for them. We will make sure we help figure the absolute best route to help our customer be fully prepared move day to save them time and money on their move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
They can expect us to show up to there home or place that we are doing work at for them, to prove our 5 ?? services. The can feel confident that our company and the people that work for the company take great pride in the work they do. Our movers will be fully prepared and trained to all give 5 ?? services to them.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
There’s many things that can be done to help the move go smooth, safe, efficient which will help the cost of the move significantly. Having as many things properly labeled and boxed up as possible, in similar size boxes to help reduced boxes being damaged. Having the closes and properly paved surface/path for a truck or container to back into safely to load or unload customers contains. The less steps we take to get to the truck or container will sure help cut the time down.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part of doing our job as a mover is the satisfaction of getting out there in society and helping all different types of people with their moving needs. We take a ton of satisfaction in helping our customers move their furniture and items they can’t move or don’t want to move. The other plus is that it’s a gym membership that you get paid to do which is a huge plus to us ????????
What training do you provide your crew members?
We put our guys through a very detailed orientation training process to help them fully understand the way E&J Moving likes to do things. We have a training course that goes into safety for themselves with how properly lift items and different ways to move furniture properly. We also have safety courses that go through measures we have in place to protect our customers dwelling and belongings. We also have our guys trained in how to efficiently, quickly and safely get through each move safe and efficient.
