Grandma Moves was terrific! They arrived on time and worked straight through the time I hired them for. Thank you fellas. They took extreme care wrapping all of our furniture in blankets and plastic and loaded the truck perfectly. These guys are pros, they knew what order everything needed to be loaded and where it needed to go on the truck. There was no additional fee for blankets, plastic wrap or dollies, which was very nice. The price quoted was what I was charged. We had several large items that need to go up/down stairs at our new home and they did it with no questions ask, and even put forth a little extra effort to get a piece in the basement that I was convinced wouldn't fit. I will use Grandma Moves again and highly recommend you use them too.

The movers were great! They worked hard to get all my furniture down 3 flights of very windy and narrow stairs within the 2 hour time frame. They let us use some of their furniture blankets to prevent any damage to the furniture in the trailer and on the move down the stairs at no extra cost. They were committed to doing the job well and without any damage.

I was a mess during this move because my buyers were on-again-off-again, and I'd lost a lot of preparation time. GrandMa Moves arrived on very short notice. Even though I was unbelievably stressed, they were calm, reassuring, and so very accommodating. They kept me informed so I knew what to expect and arrived on time and fully prepared. They sprang into action and were so much more polite and careful than any movers I've ever had (and we've moved a lot). They knew exactly how every piece of furniture should be handled. Wonderful work ethic. I was just struck by what true professionals they were.
