Movers were amazing! BUT the price seemed unreasonable - they charged $220 total for the 2 movers for 2 hours (they earned it) and then $195 for something they couldn’t explain AND $95 for a service fee…which I was given a heads up that it should have been $39- I called and they said they had had a “glitch in their system” and would change it to $39…..guessing without the call it would have stayed $95.
Again, the men that did the move worked hard and were very professional- they deserved more of the money than they were paid!!! While I understand business models, the company making almost as much as the workers for just being the company doesn’t seem like a fair labor practice! I would endorse the movers all day but would recommend not going through Keenan’s!

The lne miver was helpful and quick. Stayed in top of his job. The other one, made a phone call, stood around while the other guy moved stuff, and wouldnt listen to his partner on how to angle things around the corners. Made scratches in my wall and knicks paint off of trim that I am going to have to patch up. Pictures to prove, but i dont see a place to put them.
