What can a customer expect after booking with you?
One of our relocation experts will be in contact to discuss move day details. We will provide resources to help with their transition, these include a moving checklist, useful numbers for utilities and services, and packing instructions.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our drivers will call or text you before dispatching from our facilities to ensure that everything is on track and ready to go. We will arrive during the discussed time frame or we start paying you! Our movers will pad wrap and secure furniture for transport. Upon arriving at the destination our crew will reassemble furniture, stage rooms, and organize boxes.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Ensure that all boxes are neatly placed in the living room or garage for easy access. Furniture can stay in its place. Ensure that the contents of fridge, washer, dryer, & other appliances are emptied before transportation. Sit back and relax, we will take it from there!
