The good part was they showed up on same day service and in the time they said they would. We really eppreciated that!

The bad part was, they had little or no experience. Even though we paid for 4 hours, let them go after only 2.

I wish I could give ZERO STARS. Here are the high points (or rather the lowest points...
* contract was for two guys for 6 hours from noon to 6 p.m. They arrived at 10:30 am while I was still packing and said they had to leave 4:30pm so I said go ahead and start now.
* The main guy spent over an hour in the bathroom and I understand that sometimes you don't feel well but then you either get someone else to come or plan on working longer.
* They knocked two holes in my living room walls, broke all but 1 glass in my dish barrel box, scratched the side of my dryer up against a tool box, smashed three corners of my coffee table and two corners of each of my end tables.
* When I called them on the damages the main (stated he was the owner) mover said he was leaving but that I needed to pay him. I said I wasn't going to pay until I saw all the damages. He leaned over me and told me I was going to pay "one way or another" and that the damages were my problem not his. Scared for my life I paid him and am now forced to sue.
