The crew was changed at the last minute due to unforeseen circumstances with an employee. The crew that replaced them did not come with the equipment that we agreed upon that was needed.
The owners son was one of the two crew members. He had no sense of urgency with the move, he was on his cell phone and took his time with everything. It was frustrating to watch him. Given I was paying by the hour, if I didn’t have dove extra friends, two additional dollys and two carts, it would have taken more than 4-5 hours instead of two.
For perspective, Unloading is faster than loading. My loaders took one hour to load the truck.

They were great! Showed up on time and moved fast while still being careful with my belongings! Wonderful experience and would highly recommend them.

Arrived and time and quickly loaded, however they did just that. I expected them to take more care like not putting liquids on my chairs. I provided blankets and tie downs which were never used. Not sure how everything will look after it gets delivered. Should have done it myself or with friends.

Two movers showed up on time and were very personable. They loaded our 2 bedroom apartment in about 1 1/2 hours in to a container. I would definitely use them again.

I don't often leave reviews but I felt compelled on this one. I was moving a heavy item that was difficult to judge weight. I ordered the movers in good faith over-estimating the weight so as not to cheat them - I agreed to pay the extra $250 in case it was heavier. The actual moving guys showed up and were great. But the guy with the truck was an 1.25 hours past when we agreed upon. When I asked all of them how much I thought it weighed - they said no more than 450 lbs. When I asked for refund of the $250 for extra weight they said I had to call the company - which I did. The company called THEM and they lied and told the company it was MORE than 450 lbs and they were not willing to waive the extra fee. Do Not use this service - they have no integrity.

100 degree weather......110 % top quality move. Weather didn't weigh them down. We were amazed and would have them again tomorrow. If you need a move do not hesitate. This was our first move with a pro. Only way to go.
