The crew was over two hours late in arriving. However, I was called and informed of the situation. Once they got here, they worked hard and did a good job. Both crew members were courteous and professional.

Chris and Octavio were wonderful. Arrived a bit late (not his fault) but worked overtime to make up. It was not an easy load. The basement was full of many heavy items and was not a walkup. They had to carry everything out up a flight of stairs. They were VERY attentive and respectful. I kept finding other things to load and Chris was just happy to be given the opportunity to fit them in. He saw every item as a challenge...like a Tetris game. I was afraid I ordered a Pod that was too small. By the time Chris had everything fitted I still have 1/3 of a pod to load more myself.
I would be glad to hire them again.

Very disappointed and unhappy with quality of their job in spite of the entire family’s help. Around 3 hrs of arrival delay. I asked for 2 labors, but it was like we had one helper who knew what he is doing while the other one was constantly sitting or talking on phone. also they could not manage to assemble any of our furnitures within the last hour designated for assembling after unloading.
