Anthony, the guy in charge of the crew was hardworking and personable. Sergi, a guy on his crew was amazing. So hard working and thoughtful about the placement of each piece. He really showed his care and dedication. Richard, the third guy on the crew was not very helpful. It was like paying for 3 guys and getting 2 ¼ guys. He wanted to chat and if I wasn't watching he would drag stuff across the newly refinished floors even thought I asked him repeatedly not to.
If I were going to use them again I'd make it a point that Richard wasn't on the crew. Sergi was worth his weight in gold.

Had to reschedule because only one person was available on the day I scheduled, and the work required at least two movers. Rescheduled for the next day with an arrival time of 12-1 PM, but they weren't able to arrive until 6:20 PM. However, Anthony (the mover) was very courteous and as accommodating as he could possibly be. Him and his assistant mover were very quick and hard workers, and were able to load up our 16 foot box truck in approximately 2 hours. Wouldn't have been able to get it done in time without them, so I'd recommend their help.

The workers did a great job of packing the truck, pleased with the result.

Only one helper showed up. After working for 45 minutes he had to leave to get a hand truck. An hour later he returned and by himself did most of the moving. I did have to help with getting the queen size bed from upstairs. Calvin was very helpful and curteous.
The big problem was only one helper which made the work go slower.
