On time, although they called the night before and asked to come Sunday instead of Saturday (they showed up on Saturday as requested); had their own hand truck and furniture dolly as promised. I booked 2 hours at the agreed-upon price, but they would not be hurried despite multiple attempts & ended up working 4 hours total, for a total of 75% more than originally arranged. They did a good job, were very polite, didn't ask to drink beer on the job, worked straight through without breaks.

A-1 Team Ron & Everett great guys , worked hard espically going up & down the stairs, no way would I be able to keep up with them.They also did a great job packing the pod and were also courteious & friendly. Will be looking to hire them when we get to our destination.

The movers were again amazing! This was the second day of a two day move for us. They were on time and worked very hard. They were very respectful of my furniture (antiques) and handled them very carefully! I would definitely use them again. The only slight hiccup was that they were not aware of part of the job (moving furniture out of the living room of a furnished lease to the garage prior to moving our furniture in). This was a surprise to them, but likely our fault in not communicating well prior to job. They handled it well.

The 2-person team arrived right on time and was able to unpack the entire Pack Rat within the 2 hour window that they were hired for with absolutely no damage to any of our belongings. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs loading/unloading assistance.

I had multiple conversations previous to my move regarding the delicate nature of my move as my furniture was custom made and expensive! The .60/pound offered for coverage would not begin to cover it.
They arrived on time! I was surprised that my move consisting of three men, supposedly professional movers, arrived wearing jeans, cologne and hair gel! While I appreciated the hygiene, they were clearly not experienced movers. They were on the smaller side and could not take the weight of my items, as a result, they were slow. My move was scheduled to take them three hours and we went over an additional five. The movers attempted to "back door" their own company, not realizing what was happening, fell victim a pretty terrible situation. I would not recommend them. Perhaps they have a full time crew and for some reason they picked upn anyone needing a job the morning of my move, whatever the case, I'm very worried about my contents once the door is opened! I've been warned, "not to have hope" based on the packing and shoving of my move. I was already in my new state and left family in charge in the old. A lot of this falls on me/them however, a movers job is to load/unload and protect the assets of the load.
Your furniture was delicate and we took excellent care of it. I'm sorry that you did not want to pay extra for insurance. Does that deserve a one star review? No. We arrived on time, smelling good and looking good. Does that deserve a one star review? No.

My main concern was the scheduling issue. I originally set a time @ noon, but about 2 weeks before the move I guaranteed delivery and scheduled the moving company for 10 am, since guaranteed time was between 8-10 am. The person @ All in 1 moving told me that was okay and that I should call them as soon as the delivery truck dropped off the ABF Upack trailer, which was delivered @ 9:20 am. Called All in 1 and they told me okay that the helpers would be there within the hour. Finally @ 11:15 I tried calling them again, no answer, no answer started getting nervous, called hire a helper and they were able to contact them, however they told me that I was scheduled between 11-1 pm - not what I wanted. To finalize the story, helpers arrived @ 1:45, they helped out great, but the real problem was the scheduling time of 10 am with a 1 hour window and showing up @ 1:45, I understand jobs run late, but come on this should have been much less stressful..

Josh and Denver were on time, hard working, and creative in packing our POD. They were very careful with all our belonging. But more ...they were respectful of our home and us. They were sweet southern boys with a strong work ethic. Yes, if we needed moving labor help we would love to have them!
