Usually, for long-distance moves like yours, we would provide a dedicated truck with the 'next day' delivery with no interim stops, no additional pickups, and nobody sharing your truck space. You get the same crew handling your precious cargo at both locations, thus, we are responsible for your valuable belongings with a lock on the back of our truck at all times except when loading/unloading. You WILL NOT be charged for the time it takes our crew to travel from our base to your origin address and for the time it takes our crew to return back fro your destination to our base. The billable time starts once our crew has parked the truck at the appropriate parking/loading area and the truck is shut down. Please understand that at larger apartment complexes it may take the crew up to 15 minutes to walk from the truck parking to your apartment through gates, security booths, elevators, hallways, etc
Once our crew is at your residence, our helpers will start preparing your furniture for the move immediately (disassembling and wrapping furniture) while our foreman will go over the paperwork with you which typically may take up to 15 minutes. If you have requested packing, the crew will complete all packing first, and the time of packing will be noted as part of the billable time on paperwork. Please be advised that we could not be liable for the content of any boxes that have not been packed by Grizzly
local, long distance, office moves We provide a 26ft truck with professional-grade equipment Additional equipment is also free upon request. We do NOT charge for material use, we only charge for boxes (very low, about the cost of them). If you want to keep additional materials, then we would charge. Usage is FREE
