Very hard working, with lots of experience, respectful and are self starters. I used them to load 2 pods and they carefully blanketed, wrapped and placed my items well in the container. I was told that they would be there at 9 and although they called at 10 to tell me they would be late it was 11 before the made it to my POD. I was half way done doing it myself. When they were there, they worked very hard and we finished in 1.5 hours. I had agreed to pay them for the contracted 2 hours so I told Steve, the owner that I was not going to tip. He apologized again for being late. I would recommend them if you have a flexible schedule and you need them to do the work instead of just helping you pack or unpack.

Dave and Jake of tri-city movers were absolutely fantastic professionals. They somehow packed my entire house in a 16' container. Amazing how they were able to utilize every square inch and do the entire job in 2 hours. On time, worked hard and smart, and made it all happen in short order. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them!

Overall had a good experience. Owner is very attentive to problems that arise and really wants to keep customer happy. My packers, Kevin and Dave worked non-stop and Kevin did amazing job packing POD. Would highly recommed 3 movers for stairs since I had 2 so basically one moved stuff to POD while other packed unless you don't mind a long day. By end of day needed to order 2nd POD since 1 didn't fit all. Not packers fault but disruptive to my move timeline. So scheduled them for 8am on Sunday so knew I'd be first. Didn't show until after 9 so that I found frustrating. Otherwise as I said, owner is extremely customer focused and Kevin and Dave did great job.
