They showed up early and were very professional. Both men pointed out a few things that had gotten dinged in the move which was done in an professional manner. Very polite and very fast. We already have them booked for the 2nd POD that we have arriving.

Centralia cancelled / no-showed 10 minutes before they were due to arrive. No reason was given. This is after we confirmed with them the day before. I had set aside time from work for this, too. A completely unreliable, untrustworthy company. We are not their only no-show, either. Be warned -- there are much better options and lower risk of messing you up.

The two movers were absolutely great. Very professional and helpful, went the extra mile. However when I spoke to the person in charge the prior day he told me that the movers had some equipment, like rope, dollies and some extra supplies but when they showed up they said nobody told them anything and that they were given my move the night before. I told the girl who called me to make sure they got my money and she did nothing. The service never tried to contact me to discuss the problem. I would not recommend this service.

Sorry for your confusion. I am the owner and you spoke with me. We only supplie tools and Dolly's that's it. We don't not supply rope .straps. Or supplies . We take pride in customer service. On that note I am deeply disappointed in such a poor review . Everyone looking to hire us please discregard this review for it is untrue .
