They showed up on time (a few minutes early, actually) with all of the equipment I asked for. They worked hard and handled our items carefully. They finished about 20 minutes early and offered to help move things around within our home (which we declined). I would use them again.

There was a mix up of where we were supposed to meet, but once the two workers arrived, they were fantastic. They were friendly, they worked hard the whole time, they handled my belongings with respect and care, worked well as a team, and were efficient and knowledgeable in loading, packing and securing the truck. Would highly recommend their services.

we were on the 3rd floor with no elevators. The two guys came over, were super professional, quick, and hardworking. We finished in under two hours, and they were a huge, huge help!

I had hired two guys for two hours to load up my pod from my one bedroom apartment. This turned into an all day affair! The first two guys that showed, managed to get most of the boxes in the pod, but in such a way that there wasn't a lot of room for my furniture. Two hours were up, half my apartment was not loaded and they determined they had to leave for another event. Two more guys were sent. They looked at what was left in the apartment vs the space in the pod and started the "it's not all going to fit" game. 3.5 hours later, they managed to fit everything, but somehow screwed up my mattress. When it was delivered, it was like they put something very heavy on top of it for the move. I'm now going to have to buy a new mattress after only having this one for a year. When the movers who unloaded me showed up here, they were astonished at the time it took to load my pod and the condition it was in. It was a very poor job and many of my boxes were caved in due to poor packing. I would not recommend them now would I use them again.

The movers were on time and courteous to my husband. They were quick to get the large items down four flights of stairs which is no easy feat. They, however, were not as knowledgeable about packing the back of the truck and it forced my husband to spend an extra hour rearranging. I would probably use their services again if we are not packing a truck.

They sent kids to pack. They had decided to work slow so they can make the money. Next did not have an idea how to pack the container... Pretended to know all but were really simple kids who had no clue. They dropped some of my packages and they broke. I will not recommend the Firemen Movers especially Forest Mizrahi, who said he was sending people who spoke English but were only students, no experience in packing containers. Sorry!!!

Andrew and Savan were wonderful. They arrived prepared and ready. They got right to work and handled our furniture and goods with the utmost care.
They followed me to the self storage location and helped unload and then even followed me to one more stop to take the last of the items off the truck. I would definitely use these people again.
