They were supposed to call the day I booked them. they didnt. I called them. they were slightly rude on the phone and told me they'd do it and would call me the day before to confirm. Didnt get a call from them the day before so I called them. the phone was off but I left a message. No response. and the next morning no one showed up. completely ridiculous. I was stranded with a moving truck and lots of furniture on a busy down town street. I still have not heard from them. and Sincerely hope they go out of business if this is how they conduct their "business"

This company was incredibly helpful with our move. The workers loaded everything onto our moving truck very quickly and efficiently. They even saved us a few hundred dollars on our moving costs because they packed everything into the truck so well. I would reccomed this company to anyone who needs help with moving preparation or truck loading. They were very prefessional and courteous.

Workers were timely and helpful. They arrived on time and immediately commenced work. I did find them sweating and taking "breaks" while sitting on my furniture. (This was only a 2 hour job.) Nevertheless, they completed the job within 2 hours. I would use them again.

Despite being a little late to the job, they were professional and quick. They finished moving my belongings from one storage unit to the other in less than 2 hours. One worker in particular was very helpful and listened when I asked for certain items to be placed in specific ways. They did a good job.

My Helpers where on time. They called if it was alright to show up half an hour later because of traffic orso. They are cautious with the furniture and very attentful.
Nice guys and very strong the trailer was empty in just 2 hours and all was in place.

Keith Glover and his two assistants did in excellent job of moving items from a 2nd floor apartment and loading them, professionally, in a 16 foot rental truck. His prompt response and friendly attitude, even when requested at the last minute, was a blessing. He kept us informed of his timing and arrived promptly and cheerfully. The three men moved and cleared out a two-bedroom apartment in two hours - excellent! Everything was packed into the truck so well, nothing was damaged on the trip from SC to VT. I recommend anyone thinking about hiring movers to hire Keith. I would not hesitate to hire him again.

Hmmmmmmmmmm, well lets see, the team was to arrive at 0930, but the were coming from SC to Southern Ga, and didn't leave on time--so they were going to be an hour late.THEN the original driver didn't have a valid vehicle registration so he wasn't allowed on the base. Who drives with out valid papers KNOWING you are coming to a military installation?? Soooo whe they FINALLY arrived they were 4 hours and 47 minutes late, were only needed for 1 hour and 30 minutes but we were still charged the ENTIRE amount????? They put us completely off of our very tight schedule (being military)and we were not compinsated for our inconvieniance. We were disappointed and frustrated even though the "owner" came to the job. Not all that happy about the situation but when they finally arrived, it was a relief to have the assistance.

Mover's response:

Mr & Mrs Thornton were very pleased with our work. The original moving crew was stopped at the Ft. Stewart gate because the company vehicle they were driving was new and there was no registration, only a bill of sale. The crew had all required legal papers to operate the new vehicle. Unfortunately, that did not suffice for a military installation during these times. i.e. "EXTRA SECURITY". We do our best to provide our customers with the highest quality service. "WE PROVIDE THE MUSCLE"
