Wait a minute. You raved about our services while we were there. We had to fill a 53foot container to the rim - do you realize how much work that takes? I understand youre not from here, and the services were expensive, but we went above and beyond. I took billable time OFF your bill because YOU were profusely upset with Porch about something, and you were late to the storage center after the load occurred, and we waited there OVER AN HOUR for you. THEN you told me you had a problem with day care, so I personally drove you to your day care to pick up your son and bring him home. These things all factor in to why the move took so long.
Thank goodness we took the time to be a half hour late to the appointment to pick up another worker - the two you ordered would not have been enough to finish that job, and it took three of us until after dark to finish. Your dispute with Porch has nothing to do with us - they just dispatch our team to service you - and we worked our rear ends off with the circumstances presented. You had a MASSIVE job, these things take time. You had told me that we were "the only thing that went well out of this whole horrible experience with Porch". I have no control over the fees that Porch charges you. Our teams have been doing consistent 5-star work for over ten years and you gave us the lowest rating weve ever received? BOOOOO please do not EVER order services from BingServ again.

Thank you Anthony. All due respect, these issues were never communicated to me on the job site, and you hovered over the entire job giving advice. I'll be frank - I have 15 years full-time experience in this. Respectfully, I was there and have performed 4000 moves and you are incorrect - moving straps are not magic and would not have changed the situation - your secretary desk was TOO LARGE to make it around the narrow U-turn stairway required to make it upstairs. We moved it into position and SHOWED you that it would very likely wedge into your new walls had we continued to press the issue. I communicated this to you, and you chose to put it in the basement. I personally do not use dollies unloading into a new home unless absolutely necessary, especially when those items can be hand carried quicker, also ensuring the safety of your perfect wood floors and stairs. That extra worker was added at no extra cost to you and helped keep the time it took to finish shorter. The arrival window was 8am to 9am and we arrived at 9am, at the tail end of the scheduled agreed upon arrival window, because we had to pick someone up - and all of this was communicated to you via text from the road with a link to GPS / ETA. Thank you for your constructive criticism.
