Worst experience ever and totally took advantage of us. Was supposed to be just over 200 for 2 hours. SAID that only would be charged for item over 400 pounds . Had 1 heavy item but NOT 400 pounds (I even offered for them to come weigh it) 2 20 year old girls and a 23 year old smaller boy went and got it from Marketplace themselves! They sent 1 man and 1 woman and had to call for 2 other people because of STAIRS. The 2 extra came for that 1 item and that’s it! The original 2 were not even here for the 2 hours. During all of this I talked to them, the got pictures and the girl on the phone AGREED with me and I specifically told her I was not paying the over 400 fee they could come and weigh it. Keep in mind I BOOKED this move NOT my husband. They call HIM during all this craziness and he has no details and ask him to authorize an extra charge. They charged us 698 DOLLARS! I called, complained, told them AGAIN to come check for themselves told them AGAIN the 2 extra people helped on that 1 item. And they basically said sorry it was authorized. Are you kidding me? I could have had my own fricking moving TEAM OF 6 for less. Do not trust these people they totally screwed us out of hundreds of dollars with no regard and being sneaky. So upset I can’t even stand it.

I showed up late to my own scheduled time for my moving labor help and they still managed to get the job done early. They worked quickly and efficiently and were courteous throughout, even though they had to move my belongings to the third floor. I would highly recommend to anyone who just needs a few extra hands to get their things unloaded.
