Day of they did a good job. Movers were professional and courteous. A bit hard to get a hold of the main office for a few questions but if you call the main hire a helper they will help you get a hold of them. Overall affordable and recommended. We had not a huge move but a few heavy items I needed a hand with and it was perfect help. The payment and confirmation is done via your phone number you submit with so make sure its the number you check often.

On time and did respond to my request to start 3 hours earlier because of snow storm.
However, the detailed request was not shared with the movers, so they did not arrive understanding my expectations for packing furniture for long distance move. Needed guidance. Nor did they bring tools that were requested to disassemble bed frame, as I mentioned movers did not get instruction relayed to them by company. Fortunately they were able to borrow mine, but do you think they put them away post using? Didn’t damage any walls which I appreciated. Did load pod very efficiently. Would I use again?. Absolutely not.
