These guys were...simply put...amazing! They were respectful and cared for our furniture and boxes. Very contentious of our walls and tracking anything in on the floor as well. Polite and fun as well! Would not hesitate to use these company again!

The two guys that helped me were nice and handled everything carefully but took forever to load everything.. the other team I hired to unload and reload into a storage unit took 45 minutes and it took these guys 3 hours which was an additional from what I scheduled.

There was miscommunication on my unload timing (they arrived at 8am instead of 8pm) but when I confirmed it was 8pm they were fine with it. I got a call in the afternoon asking to come by earlier than my appointment time since they had another customer that was going to be late.
They arrived and did what I needed. The only thing I didn't like was that my wood floors were scuffed by the moving dolly. When I called to notify Hire A Helper I was given a price adjustment in lieu of having to do a formal claim.
