When I first called Hire a Helper, I was talked out of using another company and use Turbo Moving Service instead. They were a "higher rated, uniformed, and drug-tested" crew. They were supposed to arrive at 2pm to unload the truck but didn't arrive until 6pm. They did call me around 2:30/3 saying that they were at another job and would be leaving in about 20 minutes, but still didn't show up until 6pm. They were not uniformed and gave a poor excuse for being late. I will say that once they arrived, they worked very hard and unloaded everything quickly and carefully. I had booked them for 3 hours and they got the job done in an hour and a half. Overall, I was grateful for their services, I just wish I hadn't wasted half of my day waiting for them.

They showed up 4 hours late, could not be reached by phone and did not call until I contacted Hire a Helper. Were sloppy and after all that, suggested that I give them a tip.. As movers or unpackers, I wouldn't use them to dig a ditch. When they left without a tip which they didn't deserve I found a concrete block that mysteriously appeared in front of my wife's car. If I hadn't spotted it it wwold have done some damage.

Very nice, but they did not know what they were doing. Although discussed ahead of time they did not show up with shrink wrap - luckily we had bought some in case they ran out. They asked us to get tape for them, which we did. Barely used. I watched them load items without wrapping them and asked if they were going to wrap them in the truck. I was told not to worry, not to follow them around, they knew what they were doing. Every piece of my furniture was scratched, some pieces so badly that they won't be fixed. Upholstery was dirty. I can't say strongly enough that I would never use this company again.

I hired Turbo to unload a 16x8 storage pod for me as a next day service. They were excellent! They were delayed in getting to me because an earlier job took longer than the customer estimated, and Cisco kept in constant communication with me to give me status update. Very professional and respectful of me, my family and my items. I was so impressed at how efficient and organized the two of them were that I will be calling to make arrangements to move my entire house.

They were very nice and completed the job quickly. They were careful with everything and asked if there was anything else I needed before leaving. They were a little late because of traffic but called to let me know, so I wouldn't wonder where they were.

Punctual. Polite. The guys arrived and just went to work loading and packing our truck. No slacking, no excuses. No need for excuses. They charge too little. Other than that, no complaints. Thanks boyz.
