Shawn and Robby did an awesome job again for us! They should be on Hire-a-Helpers Elite list! Both times we used them thhe were on time and prepared for the job! They work hard and. non-stop. Don't just throw stuff on the truck...they discuss the best way to pack our items so that they are safe and secure. I would definitely use them again.

Shawn and Robby were great! They took very good care of our items. Moved us out of the 2nd floor of a farmhouse, and then made a stop at our 5th wheel to get a mattress and a sofa out of it that we had taken apart, then they did a 3rd stop at my son's house to pick up a few small pieces of furniture. The movers that moved us out of our moving van into our next location commented that whoever packed the truck did a nice job of tying everything off and packing it. We tipped them extra because they did such a nice job. We have hired them again to unload a 16' POD for us and load it into a moving truck. You need to communicate with them over e-mail (watch for their response to accept the job), texting, and either notepad or smartphone notes - - which is totally not a problem. They were actually 15 minutes early but asked before they got there if it was o.k. They were totally prepared for the job and worked very hard.

Service was cancelled with a notice that came to my junk mail after the fact. When I tried to call to find out what happened there was a recorded message stating the voice mail box was not set up yet please try back later. NOT GOING TO HAPPEN!!!!!

Shawn and his team were on time, quick, efficient, friendly, and fair. They were very respectful of all my things and were able to easily maneuver a large, awkward sofa that all other movers have struggled with.
