They called the night before around 9:30 pm to confirm. Then they didn't show or call. When tried to call the office phone was disconnected. Tried calling the cell phone they called from the night before left a message and no return call.

The team (headed by the owner Jeremy) is very professional and conscientious. They're the only movers who were available in one day notice, and we're so grateful for that. They're aware of their commitment, so when they're running late coming from another move, they called us ahead of time; and they really came on the revised schedule that they told us. They're very respectful of our stuff. Also, they didn't leave us by ourselves even with our additional requests such as to help us put back the couch's legs (which were taken off by our previous movers) among other things.

I'd definitely use them again. But next time, we'd be more clear why they opted not to use dollies. We noticed this as my husband and I were evaluating our overall move experience. On hindsight, we thought that perhaps they're concerned about the newly refurbished hardwood floor; but using the dollies could have been more helpful given the fact that we put blanket all over the walking path.

Another good thing with the team is you'd feel that as if fellow family members and friends are helping you in the move because of their pleasant personalities and for being reasonably flexible with last minute changes.

Very professional and patient. We had an incident come up during the move and had to leave the premise for a short time. They were very understanding,when it came to waiting while the temperatures outside were beastly. They resumed their work when we returned and were finished in no time. Very careful with the items they moved for us.

The two guys that came were very nice hard working. They were about 30 minutes late but called to let me know. They did stack one row of my bins too high and it fell breaking some very cherished china and irreplaceable. They cleaned up the mess, apologized and were much more careful. Still unsure about compensating me for the token items and no one has said anything. I would still use them again.. Stuff happens!

The team from K and K was promptly at the house at the scheduled time. We had three guys to take care of a two bedroom apartment, and we were glad to have the help. They worked diligently the whole two hours, and if we hadn't run out of room on the truck they could have finished. Everything and everyone was treated with care. I would use them again,but be prepared and have things ready to go. Appreciated the team driving an hour away from us too. Definitely bang for your buck!

I was very pleased with the professional job they did packing my moving truck. It was difficult for them because I had more things than space, but they figured it out. When I arrived at my destination nothing was damaged.

I have to say that moving from one state to another is one of the most difficult tasks I have had to put my family through. I got the run around and double talk from a lot of moving companies and was forced to move all of our possessions myself. The guys from K&K showed up on time, took directions well and were very professional. They treated our boxes and furniture like it was their own. I would recommend them to anyone having to unload a truck. We are new to a town and state and they were welcoming and even informative on places to go and how to get around. The weather was cold and wet and these guys didn't sit around trying to milk the clock. They got right to work and did not stop until the truck was empty and my wife and I were happy. Thank you very much and your service was deeply appreciated.

These guys jumped in at the last minute after my original moving company backed out. They called me the night before to confirm job and drove by to check home location and set up. They arrived early, brought moving equipment, were very organized and worked nonstop until job was done. They were very polite and helped with extra little things too. I cannot say enough good things about them. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED after my personal exprience. This is the company to use.
