They were scheduled to begin between 12 - 1. No show. Called to see where they were, 1st they couldn't find my job order, then they said that they couldn't show until 3 pm. 3 pm again no show. When I called again, was told someone would call back. 20 minutes later someone called back and stated not coming. I had rented a truck for 4 hrs. Ended up no movers and paying for a truck for nothing. Very disappointed with service. People who answered the phone very rude. Will not use again. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH SERVICE!

Chad and Mike were right on time. They were incredibly friendly and efficient. They got right to work, not wasting any time to potentially go over the two hours I had planned on. No dents, dings or mishaps. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone who needs help.

Ben and Thomas were amazing! At first I was nervous about being able to communicate with them! But with our cell phones and pen and paper it was perfect! Ben and Thomas were nice, hardworking, fast and efficient! They were very careful with my stuff and unloaded 3 pods in 2 hours! I would definitely recommend them and use the service again!!

The 2 young men were on time, very polite, friendly and ready to work. They asked how I wanted items placed and they did exactly what I wanted. The 2 never stopped working until they were done with their work. I was very happy especially since I have been looking for help for months. Found the website by accident and it was a god sent for me. I would not hesitate to contact them again.

Silent Labors moved us couple of times in the past year. These guys do an amazing job. They are on time to arrive at the job site . Very prompt responses . They moved heavy furniture with absolutely no scratch or scuffs. For the price these guys charge and the service they provide , there is no reason to hite anyone else.

I had a mover scheduled and he said my job was over whelming and left. (not from Hire a helper). I called and got scheduled right away with the crew from A+ silent laborers through Hire a helper. These guys were hearing impaired but I had no trouble communicating with them. They were the sweetest young men I have ever met....and strong! They had my "over whelming" apartment cleared out in an hour and completed the job within the 2 hour time frame and were extremely careful with my belongings. I have used Hire a helper 3 times now and loved all of my movers, but I have to say this crew is my favorite. Don't be cheap and try to save money on your move, it's stress full enough. You may think this way is more expensive, but in the long run it works out way better and cheaper all the way around!
