the movers took 3 hours to unload vs it took 2 hours to load, we had to pay for another hour to unload truck, and it was unloaded into the garage, which was only two to three feet from the truck. We had to move our belongings into the house. I had scheduled for 4 pm and they showed up at 3:00 which we were not there yet (we were there at 3:20 pm) with our truck and they started there time at 3pm, so we had to pay for another hour just to get the boxes off the truck.

Pros: They were on time. They were very nice people and were respectful of the furniture.
Cons: The whole company consists of a young married couple; the wife is very small, perhaps 5’ tall; too small to lift heavy objects. She mostly took individual small light items. They worked very slowly. My son and I quickly realized if it was just them it would take days to get the two pods unloaded into the garage and probably into the thousands of dollars, so we worked alongside them, hoping to inspire them to work faster. They didn’t, so we stopped after a couple extra hours. I had expected some muscular men. I really hate to say this, but as nice as they were, I still wouldn’t have hired them if I had known how little they could get done in an hour.

On time, extremely helpful, very professional and were wonderful to work with, finished with all the heavy things and then lifted every box and stacked them neatly. Put together our tables and bed, and moved a couch twice when I changed my mind. When above and beyond my expectations and were priced below everyone else. I would them and recommend them to everyone.
