The crew was an hour and a half late due to a vehicle issue, but the two young men who arrived had great attitudes and were very apologetic. They worked their tales off to complete our truck loading quickly and did a good job.

They arrived on time. The went right to work. They were careful and took instruction cheerfully. There was some time left after the job was completed so they even mowed our back yard, as we had just moved in.

An hour late, and the head person on job said his other mover called off, so he got his cousin to help. We hired them for 3 hours, using a 15’ truck to move items from one home to another home one street away. In 3 hours they were only able to move 1 1/2 truck loads. The cousin spent more time standing around talking than moving, and when he was moving, it took twice as long since the experienced mover had to explain how to handle the furniture. After they left, my husband made 3 full runs by himself in the same amt of time. We are thankful they got the heavy furniture pieces, and the one gentleman seemed to know what he was doing. I am sure our experience would have been different had we had 2 people with experience, and not just one and a helper.
