I scheduled this move far in advance and paid for a trailer and packing materials expecting the company to unload this on the scheduled day. I confirmed the time with them at 7:30 AM. They were due between 8-10. I called the same number at 10:15 and left a message- no return call ever. I called the second number and at 10:30, I finally received a call back saying they would be there between 11:15 - 11:30 - they NEVER showed up and did not call until 2:30 PM to say they were unable to come. I had people standing around my house all day waiting for this company who CONFIRMED at 7:30 AM to be there between 8-10.
