The young men were well mannered, but we're not able to pack properly. They put my loveseat on top of my couch. The glass furniture was placed improperly. They broke my bed. I had to hire other person's to repack so that I could get all of my things in the truck. I did not get a chance to check on exactly how they had placed the items, because I was trying to get other things done because Budget's computers were down for several hours. Not happy after seeing the mess that was made.

It started off a little bad. The team was not there on time. They were not at fault for their being late. Once they were there, they went right to work and never slowed down until completed.

ABSOLUTELY one of the best movers I have ever used. The movers were on time, VERY courteous, respectful and helpful. These movers unpacked me at my final destination in another state, and were shocked at the condition of the way the truck was packed by the other moving company in FL. The took their time to try to unravel the items that had been improperly packed, and wanted me to look at each piece, as it was coming off the truck, to document the damage so as to make a claim. These two guys came out on a holiday weekend to help me get unloaded, and never complained and were the nicest young men. The owner is a veteran, and I wholeheartedly support and recommend this company to anyone who needs it. I will let all my neighbors know about them, and my family too!
