This past move was one of the worst moves of my life due to these guys. I called the supervisor a week in advance to confirm my move window of 1-2pm. He said that the movers would arrive around 1-1:30pm. On my moving day, I called him to ensure the movers were on their way- he let me know they would arrive a little past 2pm. When they did not show after 2pm, I called him again to see where they were- He ignored my phone calls and I had to end up loading everything myself. I was hoping that the movers would eventually arrive to help with unloading, but that did not happen. The movers called to let me know they were stuck in traffic and would not be able to make it until around 4pm. When I told him that I only had my Uhaul for another 2 hours, he proceeded to argue with me and tell me that I could keep it as long as I wanted. I had to end up calling hire a helper back to get different movers to help me unload. The whole experience was so stressful, and I want to spare everyone else from having to go through this. This moving company is the worst choice you could ever make for your move- they have no regard for your time and they will cancel on you at the last minute. DO NOT CHOOSE THEM!!!

The two men from K&M Impact Movers who came to unpack my trailer were absolutely terrific. I can recommend them highly. They were courteous and did not complain when I gave them hard tasks to do. I was very happy with their services and more importantly, my wife was happy with them too.

Movers arrived 50 minutes late and wanted to rush off to next job before our job was done. We hired 2 movers - the main contact didn't seem very efficient, helper worked hard, but my husband had to help them in order to get the job done.

K&M Impact Movers did a good job moving me out of my apartment quickly and on schedule. Kevin and his coworkers were very friendly and helped wrap things that I hadn't had time to prepare for the move (TV, dresser, end tables, etc). Definitely will recommend to friends.

Please do not consider hiring these guys if you care anything about your furniture. They do not have any moving/packing experience. Three of the antiques moved were severely damaged. A number or glass items were broken on arrival. In one case the owner of the company threw a nice antique dresser on an unpadded hand cart and bounced it down three flights of stairs. Then flipped it up-side-down on the truck (unpadded) and pushed it to the back of the truck putting an large deep gouge that is not repairable. Despite having been provided with nice pads, they chose not to use them when taking the furniture out .... not only damaging the furniture, but substantially banging up newly painted walls. Further, upon being informed of damage, they called their insurance, but no payment has been received to date; and homeowner had to make a call to find out what was going on.

Poor service. First came 4 hours late. Could not finish the scheduled work due to the conflicts with other work. Did not prepare enough wraps and protections for furniture, leading to many scratches on the furniture. No insurance for damages made in the work.

Kevin and his helpers were great. They even worked with us to move earlier than scheduled. They were quick, professional, courteous, arrived on time, and even finished early. My only complaint is that they did not eat all the pizza I bought for them! :) I definitely plan on recommending them to my friends.
