I hired these guys the first time I moved 18 months ago, and they were absolutely great. Unfortunately, during my 2nd move, the experience was not the same. I will say that the 2 guys that showed up did the best they could, but they were quite late to start, they were not prepared (hand truck, straps, etc.) and they spoke very little English making it hard to communicate. It took 4 hours instead of the 2 booked and some of that is simply because of the miscues mentioned above. On the day of the move, both Rafael and Cesar were very hard to get a hold of - it took multiple phone calls and texts just to get them to respond. As a result, I don’t think I would hire VIP Movers again.

Excellent work filling two ReloCubes for us. They worked extremely fast, and packed everything perfectly (we weren't sure everything would fit!). When our containers arrived, nothing had shifted thanks to their good work. I highly recommend VIP movers for any of your moving needs.

I was charged a service fee which I was never told about. This is illegally according to a new Florida law. Also I was suppose to get a discount because of being a Pods client and I didn't get it

This was superb fast professional service all the way around! They packed my Pod. Asolutely knew exactly what they were doing. I wish I could use the same team to unload at the destination but a thousand miles away. Do this, hire this team.
