The loader/packer did not do a good job but the moving guys were energetic and careful getting my things out of the house to the pod. I would use them again but would closely supervise the loading of the pod. They did arrive late but called to let me know they were held up on an earlier job,

They did a good job, were very careful and were very courteous. They called before arriving and were on time. They worked very hard and were very respectful of our things. However It think that they could have been more efficient and better equipped. They did not have a hand truck which they really did need and was advertised. They did have dollies. They did have some difficulty taking the mirror off the dresser and the top of the hutch off. This caused at least 30 - 45 minutes of delay in the packing process. I think they would have been more efficient if they had collected all the smaller pieces together with the boxes so they could see all that they had.

The movers were amazing. They worked incredibly hard in extreme heat and accommodated every situation that arose. My problem was with the company. I was promised three workers for four hours to unload three PODS into a storage facility. Only two were sent. This resulted in me having to get permission from the storage facility for them to work after closing time. Had the storage facility (Westy) not accommodated me I would not have been able to empty the PODS before they were scheduled to be picked up. The process took six hours but should have been finished by 5:30 (closing time was 5:45). The movers and manager of the storage facility had to stay until 7:30. The company did only charge me for the hours I booked, but you can't put a price on the stress that day caused me.

They were great! I never thought they could pack so much furniture and boxes in a pod, but they did an amazing job very quickly. When we have to unpack the pod and move into our new house, we will be using them again.

Worst movers I've ever encountered. Late. Unprepared (no dollies or straps, for instance--not in the least professional.) Utterly disrespectful of property or goods or even personhood. Sullen and hostile and more than anything eager to be gone. I have 2 more containers that will need to be unloaded and I can only say I will NOT be willing to let that company unload my belongings (the most valuable of which are in those containers rather than the one just unloaded. I have already reported this to the mover and I hope he can improve his personnel. The movers on the other end (Charlotte, NC) were brilliant, professional, friendly and actually fun to have around. The company used makes a vast difference!
