What can a customer expect after booking with you?
A confirmation call within 24 hours of placing your order. Simply to go over all details on the work order and discuss and verbally plan out your move. We will ask if you need strictly labor only assistance for load unload options. We would be more than ha packing and unpacking upon request with at least 24 notice prior to appointments please.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
A smooth transition from one home to the next. We can do full service moves as well as cleaning after move outs. As mentioned our staff are not movers they are dedicated professionals all of whom have had their own moving businesses in the past. So i cant say ill send you some movers. However i assure you that you will get customer driven service professionals worthy of a 5 star review.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Unless requesting assistance with packing please have everything boxed up and ready to load seeing as the guys move fast.
What types of moves have you handled?
We are able to handle and accomodate whatever your move may require. Our specialist have been around awhile and pretty much done it all.
