I was required to use a 4 man crew as I was moving a baby grand piano. The crew was not prepared. I blame the owner/management. The movers were basically teenagers. Two of them worked hard and 2 stayed in the trailer practically the whole time. They brought no tools and only 1 dolly, so there wasn't much all 4 of them could do at the same time. My piano is still laying on its side as not one of the movers had ever delivered a piano. I had to show them how to install the water supply to the refrigerator. And due to lack of tools, they were not able to set up any beds or other furniture.
I had (2) men for (4) hours to load, and for some reason it took (4) men over (4) hours to unload and they didn't even do the piano
If you use these movers, only hire a (2) man crew, you will get the same amount of work done. And definitely avoid if you have a piano.
Perhaps I was just unfortunate enough to get an untrained crew, so you might fare better than I did
