What can a customer expect after booking with you?
After booking with us. Our customers can expect a contract with all the details that is very simple to sign and send back. This is basically confirming all actions upon the booking process. The contract will have all details and will also have moving tips to make the moves go smooth and efficient. It will have insurance options and also what the insurance covers. It is a very well thought out and devised contract.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Customers can expect a courtesy call from our lead mover 15-30 minutes prior to arrival. This will insure that all parties are ready to rock and roll and provides communication through our lead mover to our customers.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customers can prepare in many fashions. To lump sum it all up. I would say the recommended approaches to be most prepared for moving day are the following: -Make sure anything that can fit in a box, is packed in a box -All personal items are separated and moved into a distinct area for movers to not touch or pack up -make sure all pets/toddlers have a place to stay therefore movers do not fall or step on them accidentally -let our movers take care of you come move day, relax and watch the system unfold!
What types of moves have you handled?
Tetris has handled all moves -Long hauls moves -residential moves -commercial moves -office moves -piano/hottub moves -safe moves -hoisting/dumping moves (furniture dump) Every move you can think of!
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part about being a mover is being able to help and assist one of the stresses of moving which is actually moving everything. It is watching a family and or individual climb into the next chapter in their lives moving into a brand new home that they have been working and waiting so long for. The smiles and appreciation is very gratifying and Tetris absolutely loves it!
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide some very hands on extensive training to all of our crew members. Supervisors and experiences crew members are always right by the side of our new employees to show them the ropes in which we run. We also have training videos and training test that we run monthly to re-iterate all of our techniques and to re-iterate our systematic design for moving efficiently and safely.

We charge an extra 20% for same day requests.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.

We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.
