What can a customer expect after booking with you?
After booking, our clients will receive a confirmation email regarding the details of their service, a welcome call from our local office ensuring any specific questions they may have are answered, an FAQ email with packing tips to help clients be best prepared for move day, and confirmation text sent the day before. Our team will contact the client approximately 30 minutes before arrival to let the customer know they are on the way!
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our customers can expect our brand promise of trust & care. It's very difficult to find movers that clients can both trust and who truly care about people and their belongings. We take this very seriously (background screenings, multiple interviews, thorough training, and ongoing personal development training). Our team will perform a walkthrough before your move, make you aware of what to expect, answer any questions you have, make recommendations, and proceed to pad, wrap and load up all your items.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Everything that isn't a larger piece of furniture - which we will pad & wrap - should be in a box. This allows the truck to be packed tighter and more efficiently, keeping items secure and from falling on top of each other, risking damage. Staging items in the middle of a room or in a convenient place off the wall (unplugged/disconnected, if applicable) can also make the move go quicker.
What types of moves have you handled?
We are a registered intrastate mover (IM#2531) in the state of Florida and can move people from the Greater Tampa/Wesley Chapel area to anywhere in the state of Florida.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
We love the opportunity to make a difference with people during one of the most stressful times in their lives. In additional to technical move training, we focus a lot on the mental game and how to remain cool, calm & collected during challenging times to put our clients at ease. This is very rewarding work when our plans get executed as designed.
What training do you provide your crew members?
On-boarding consists of hours of both auditory, visual and kinesthetic move training to ensure our team has confidence out in the field. New hires are also paired with our most veteran crew leaders to ensure they are guided along properly. We hire slow and part ways quickly if we identify that a team member is not up to the challenging task of full-service moving.
