What can a customer expect after booking with you?
You will receive a booking confirmation with booking details within 24 hours after booking. A reminder text will be sent out 24 hours prior to the date of the move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our driver will call approximately 20-30 minutes prior to arriving.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Have all items ready that will be moved and label anything that may not be going on the move.
What types of moves have you handled?
We handle local, long distance, office, and piano moves.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?

What training do you provide your crew members?
We train our crew member to properly pad and shrink wrap furniture, load, and pack items into boxes. We teach them the techniques and movements to prevent damages as well as injury.

Same Day Moves
We charge an extra 5% for same day requests.
Next Day Moves
We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
Extra Hours
We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.
