The guys were a big help and were also very kind even thought I was running late and then got lost. They did an awesome job

First day, they were amazing. Huge help and it was raining the entire time. We texted a few times the week before and the day of and they arrived right at 10:00. I booked them for 2 hours and they went about 20 minutes over and they were not going to charge me but it was a lot of work and I insisted. So I paid them for an extra hour and tipped them each $30. They agreed to be back at 8 am rain or shine to beat the tropical storm. I told them it was a much move than the first one and I would tip them $50 a piece this time and see them at 8. Then they accepted my first text and then they set there phone to say they weren't accepting calls. Then I called you guys and your message says, wait we are closed..,,, I was furious!!! My one man had to do all the work THREE of them did the day before. Then I talked to you guys and you were gonna charge me a cancellation fee.....,I didn't cancel they blew me off!!!

Major League Moving was booked on short notice (about 36 hour notice) but accepted the request. They did not show, call, or answer any calls. Very disappointing!
I called Hire A Helper customer service in a panic and David was able to coordinate another helper for the same day and was very helpful in resolving the matter.
