I was very pleased with the two workers that Stars and Stripes sent. I scheduled this one day prior to needing them and they were still on time and worked very hard. I also requested the start time be pushed back twice within five hours of the move and the company took care of that. The move included a 22 foot truck that was filled to the door and the workers didn't damage anything with my goods or in the house. Wonderful job all around. The owner was very responsive to all my request and made sure they were met.

Guys showed up on time, worked really hard in the hot and humid Florida heat and never complained. They were courteous and treated my stuff as if it was there own. I would highly recommend them. In less than 30 minutes after I placed my order there foreman called to verify and coordinate (appreciated that) and shortly after they were done he called as well. This is how a business should be run and as a business owner myself it is appreciated.

Stars and Stripes did a outstanding job with loading my truck for my move. Within less than an hour of booking online I received a confirmation phone call from the owner. Additionally, Dominic followed-up the next day to confirm what items I needed to be loaded and what other needs I might have so he could be well prepared and made suggestions of supplies to have on hand. They were punctual and efficient and did a excellent job in packing the truck to avoid any shifting during transit. Additionally they helped carry off donation items to a local donation center saving me time and effort. Have nothing but positive reviews for this company and would definitely use them again and rrecommwnd them for your move. My realtor was also impressed and re.quested their contact information for future needs.

Hi, I'm Jon Churchill, the owner, and logistics manager. I will contact you immediately after selecting our services to discuss and assist you through your entire moving endeavor. I will make sure you have everything you need to make your move is as safe, efficeitnt and worry-free as possible.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We contact each client when our crew is in direct route. You can expect to greet our uniformed, background and drug tested crew both fully prepared and punctual. Customer service and moving experience is our specialty, so we are prepared to efficacity solve and all problems.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have loaded/unloaded 1000s of PODS and Packrats. Over the last nearly 10 years we have made 1000s of local, intrastate and Interstate relocations. We make monthly trips from south Florida to New England and back to FL, moving high end antiues, furniture, small shipments, pets (we love your pet like our own), motorcycles and and cars, and since we are already making the tripo, can always help our customer get superior service at the most competitive price

We take pride in assisting our customers to have a WORRY FREE relocation. Weither its around the corner or around the country, we have the savvy and experience to professionally service all or part of any relocation.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Since Ive personally performed 1000s of moves, I've trained both of our field managers, and nearly every other member of our crew in the processes of pleasing our customers, and care of good. Most of our employees are veterans, so they are thoroughly versed in the principles of integrity, teamwork, attention to detail and superior work effort. Ongoing training ensures all movers are up to date on the latest and best moving equipment and techniques
